ACCADA e.V. und IMIC e.V. veranstalteten im Juli 2015 einen runden Tisch zum Thema „Anders, aber doch vereint“. Das Zusammenleben von Deutschen und Migranten und die kulturellen Unterschiede wurden diskutiert von Vertretern der afrikanischen Community, deutschen Politikern. Mit dabei: Hamburgs Kultursenator a.D. Reinhard Stuth.

Kooperationspartner ACCADA e.V. schreibt zu der Veranstaltung:

„Derzeit gibt es zu viele Konflikte und Hotspots rund um den Globus, zu viel Misstrauen und Vorurteile, zu viel Hass, ob in Afrika, den USA, im Nahen Osten, in Europa und auch in Deutschland. Multikulturalismus, ethnische, kulturelle und rassische Unterschiede spielen in diesen Konflikten eine zentrale Rolle, und es ist echt ironisch, dass der Multikulturalismus zwar viele Vorteile bringt, aber auch ein Hindernis für die menschliche Koexistenz darstellt. Es ist daher unsere Pflicht und Verantwortung, jede Gelegenheit zu nutzen, um eine reibungslose und friedliche Koexistenz unter den in Deutschland lebenden Menschen zu ermöglichen. Unter dem Motto "Different but yet united" veranstalteten wir (ACCADA eV) in Kooperation mit dem IMIC e .V einen Kulturabend mit Rundtischgespräch und Präsentation von bereits erarbeiteten Konzepten der interkulturellen Kommunikation und Kooperation. Der "Mensch" steht im Mittelpunkt der gesamten Veranstaltung. Darüber hinaus wurden Flyer mit Botschaften der friedlichen Koexistenz verteilt.“

„Currently, there are too many conflicts and hot spots around the globe, too much mistrust and prejudice, too much hatred, whether in Africa, the USA, in the Middle East, in Europe and also in Germany. Multiculturalism, ethnic, cultural and racial differences play key roles in these conflicts and it’s really ironic that although multiculturalism brings along many benefits, it is also an obstacle to human coexistence. It is therefore our duty and responsibility to use every opportunity to allow a smooth and peaceful coexistence amongst the people living in Germany. Under the motto "Different but yet united", we (ACCADA eV) in cooperation with the IMIC e .V organized a cultural evening, including round table discussion and presentation of previously worked out concepts of intercultural communication and cooperation. The "Human Being" will be in the focus in the entire event. In addition, flyers with messages of peaceful coexistence were distributed.“
